Tuberculosis - Student Health Care Workers must complete the online Tuberculosis screening questionnaire
(http://www.pages.on.net/questionnaire.php) and be given clearance from SA Tuberculosis Service prior to clinical placement in any SA Health facility.Compulsory Prior to the commencement of placement 3rd year) evidence of immunity to specific vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) is required.
Immunisations costs will vary subject to individual requirements.
The University requires proof of your immunisation status through the completion of the Student Health Care Worker Immunisation Screening Questionnaire and Certificate of Compliance, found in the UniSA Immunisation Requirements for Placement package.Influenza Vaccination between $12-25 Compulsory Students must have an influenza immunisation every year whilst undertaking placements.
