- Africa (including North Africa & Sub-Saharan Africa)
- Indian subcontinent (Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka)
- Colombia
- Philippines
- Vietnam
- Papua New Guinea
