How would you describe the quality of teaching staff? How have they supported you during your studies?

The teaching staff in UniSA are easily approachable and very friendly, making it easier for students (shy ones especially) to approach them for advice and assistance.

What do you hope to do once you have finished your degree?

I hope to get a job in the aviation industry.

Learning from experience is an important part of the study experience at the University of South Australia. Did you undertake any practical experience (work experience/work placements/field trips/overseas study) during your degree?

I was also selected to be a U-Buddy as well as a student ambassador with the school of ITEE. Being a part of both departments has taught me that there's more to learn beyond just the books and notes, by exposing to various instances.

Tell us which campus you study at and which facilities you use? Do you have a favourite place on campus?

I go to Mawson Lakes Campus for lectures but I often find myself studying at the Jeffery Smart building in City West.

What aspects of the city appeal to you? (i.e. entertainment and culture, climate, diversity, the local environment, discounted public transport, etc.)

Appealing aspects would be the local environment, how its not too crowded and the people are extremely nice and friendly. The diversity of various cultures also is pretty interesting!

What advice would you give a student considering coming to Adelaide and studying at the University of South Australia?

I would tell them they choose the perfect program to study because everything else is pretty much settled for! The nice and friendly people, the good food, awesome weather and did I mention the amazingly friendly people?
