Jasmine Qi

Jasmine has four years’ experience in providing taxation advice to a broad range of clients. While she assists Australian based clients structure their transactions and comply with domestic taxation laws, she has also had broad exposure to provision of advice on international tax related issues and been assisting businesses with cross-border M & A and other transactions.

Van Ba Son

Van Ba Son completed a master’s degree in International Business in 2015. He is a veteran foreign affairs and international relations professional with over 20 years’ experience working for the Vietnamese government.

Ba Son has extensive experience of facilitating multinational development projects funded and operated by non-governmental organisations and a sound understanding of Vietnamese culture and management systems as a result of his long involvement in government activities centred around managing and driving organisational change.

Ba Son is currently Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs in Quang Nam province.
