What inspired you to study at UniSA?

"The university's reputation on teaching excellence, community engagement and career potentials are the main reasons for me to study at UniSA. As one of the top business schools in the world, I believed UniSA would give me profound knowledge and enhance my capability to reach my career and social goals. I was also very interested in the multicultural environment and availability of numerous sports activities in UniSA."

"It was an amazing and accomplished feeling when I received the email congratulating me on receiving the Vice Chancellor's International Excellence Scholarship. I knew it was not easy to be chosen among so many talented students for this, and thus I felt really happy and thankful."

What do you enjoy most about studying at UniSA?

"So far the study experience in this Master course has been great. All my teachers were very kind and helpful, and the teaching pace as well as length of each session were very different from those of my undergraduate study. Perhaps the best part has been the autonomy I have over the session time and practical assignments. I could arrange my work-study balance with flexible class options and find out may useful things through my assignment research."

Why did you choose Adelaide and what was your first impression? What do you like most about Adelaide?

"Adelaide is quite a lovely city with peaceful and friendly atmosphere. It's similar to the city I lived when I was studying in Japan - except for the early closing time of most shops at night. What I like most are the convenience and compactness of the city - it's easy to get around particularly in the city with buses, tram and trains; there are numerous supermarkets and department stores everywhere; and a variety of food ingredients from different countries are available."

Have you used UniSA's academic or social support services? What was your experience?

"This scholarship is a great support to me when studying in Australia. It enables me to focus on my current studies and better plan for my future careers. With this scholarship, I can spend more time and effort deepening my knowledge and finding career opportunities in the university's associated organizations."

How do you think UniSA will help you succeed in your career?

"After finishing my studies, I intend to work in a consulting-related company in Australia for several years to gain experience. After that, I will start my own business either here or back in my country Vietnam."
