  • Suspending your studies – If you wish to suspend your program of studies (e.g. take a leave of absence) you must obtain written approval from the University. This is only allowed in very limited compassionate circumstances. Please refer to the University's Enrolment Policy for more information.
  • Cancelling your enrolment –If you wish to withdraw or cancel your program you must give the University written notification. • Changing your program or education provider - If you wish to change providers within your first 6 months of study, you will need to apply for Release from the University. If you have been granted a student visa (subclass 500) and wish to change programs to a lower AQF level (e.g. Masters to Bachelors), you will need to apply to the Department of Home Affairs for a new student visa.
