2015 International Student Awards
Entries are now open for the 2015 International Student Awards. The awards are presented for outstanding achievement by international students in four categories as well as one student being selected as the International Student of the Year.
The four award categories include;
- Academic Excellence
- Sporting Achievement
- Community Engagement
- The Arts
The awards are offered by Study Adelaide who values the contribution international students make to South Australia and aim to recognise these achievements through these awards.
The winners will be announced by His Excellency, the Honourable Hieu Van Le AO, Governor of South Australia at a function to farewell final year students in the beautiful grounds of Government House on Friday October 23rd 2015.
The winner of the International Student of the Year will win a return flight to their country of origin while each category winner will receive an award certificate signed by the Governor of South Australia and a travel voucher for a two night holiday to Kangaroo Island valued at over $400. Highly Commended entries will receive a $100 gift voucher.
For two years running, a UniSA international student has received one of the prestigious International Student Awards at the Governor’s ceremony.
